50℃后取出硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的配制通過熱處理完成。本實驗以不同質(zhì)量的填料碳酸鈣作為變量,以質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)2%,2.5%,3%的填料碳酸鈣制備得到的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠作為測試對象,分別記為樣品A、樣品B和樣品。以茹度、硬度、拉伸性能等對膠體加固性能影響作為特性參照條件分別進(jìn)行對比實驗。
將待測試樣裝人燒杯,按GB/T 2794-2013規(guī)定完成茹度測定。將試樣溫度控制在23一25℃,將旋轉(zhuǎn)茹度計豎直插人試樣中央,但不接觸試樣的底部和試樣的表面,直到試樣的液體標(biāo)記與試樣的液體表面齊平為止。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗條件下,向量具筒內(nèi)注滿密封劑,直到溢出為止,將多余的部分抹去,讓膠體剛好填滿量具筒內(nèi)的預(yù)定容積。將固定體積的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠從量具筒中緩慢擠出,置于兩張紙張或者薄膜之間,在紙張或薄膜上壓蓋測稠度專用玻璃板,并在其上面壓放2 kg重的秤陀,開始測量時間;2 min后立即取下秤陀,考察不同填充材料的固化度的影響。將試件掀開直至發(fā)現(xiàn)有部分沒有凝固的封口劑粘附在模口上為止,計算材料茹度k:(1)式中:群表示膠體固化層厚度(mm)。為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化程度(%);L為墻體裂縫最大深度(mm)。
