隨著晶形MS密封膠用量增大，納米碳酸鈣比表面積增加，電鏡法平均粒徑不斷減小，晶形從棒狀向大立方體、中立方體、小立方體變化。激光法粒度先減小后增加，這是因為隨著一次粒徑減小，激光法粒徑也減小，但是一次粒徑減小到一定程度后，粒子間團聚力增加，因此激光法粒徑增加，激光法粒徑為納米碳酸鈣的團聚粒徑，即為實際粒徑，是衡量納米碳酸鈣的性能的最重要指標因此碳化反應晶形MS密封膠最佳用量為0.6%，此條件下納米碳酸鈣的BET比表面積為29.4 m2/g，電鏡平均粒徑為60 nm，為規整的立方體，激光粒徑分布平均粒徑為 0.679 hum，二次粒徑最小。親油性MS密封膠的影響按確定的最佳碳化工藝，分別采用油酸鈉((Na0)、硬脂酸鈉NaBL)、單雙硬脂酸甘油醋(9D 9),蓖麻油(CO)4種親油性MS密封膠，MS密封膠用量均為4%，改性后粉體及其應用于MS密封膠的性能。
由表2可知，采用油性MS密封膠改性的粉體吸油值較低，活化率較高，伸長率與下垂度較好，但用于MS密封膠時顆粒較多，表明分散性較差。這是因為納米碳酸鈣表面被油性物質包覆后，與水性乳液相溶性差，分散性差會影響裝飾效果，所以油性MS密封膠不適用于水性MS密封膠，其中蓖麻油改性納米碳酸鈣的細度最佳，為50 hum，伸長率指標也最好，這是因為蓖麻油含有親水性的經基，與水性乳液有一定的親和性，相對其他親油性改性劑在水性MS密封膠中分散性較好，所以油性MS密封膠蓖麻油改性效果最佳。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
