從電纜環形管節的密封壓力測試結果可知:在給定壓力7 MPa的條件下,均未出現泄漏現象。這是由于碳纖維與PU之間粘接力很強,同時形成填料環的長度為35 mm,在海水壓力過程中軸向受壓;軸向受壓的纖維呈微屈曲狀,薄弱處應力集中易斷裂,但界面壓裂、樹脂壓碎和纖維壓斷等情況并沒有發生,這是由于填料環較長,沒有發生層間斷裂,因此電纜密封材料碳纖維增強MS密封膠體系并沒有發生破壞和泄漏現象。
根據壓力試驗結果可知:目前采用碳纖維增強PU纏繞工藝、輔以表面處理劑和凈水隔離劑后所制備的電纜MS密封膠,在7 MPa壓力作用下,環型管節沒有泄漏,與計算結果預測一致。該項目2007年5月通過部級鑒定,達到國際先進水平,已成功應用于某些重點工程中,為今后的工程應用起到預測和指導作用。硅類的耐水耐溫協同劑;能大大提高MS密封膠的耐候性。在丙烯酸系MS密封膠加人0.2%-1.0%協同劑使MS密封膠的初粘變化不大,而剝離強度和持粘力及耐高低溫都有明顯的提高0。協同劑對MS密封膠性能的影響見表5。
(1)采用溶劑聚合的方法以偶氮二異丁睛為引發劑,丙烯酸醋類單體為主體可合成出性能優良的丙烯酸系MS密封膠。
(2)官能單體對丙烯酸系MS密封膠的性能起到了重要作用,丙烯酸是本MS密封膠不可缺少的官能單體,其質量分數為3%時MS密封膠的性能最好。
(3)加人交聯劑使MS密封膠的耐候性、耐熱性和耐溶劑性等性能優良,用量在o.s%時MS密封膠的性能最好。
(4)加人協同劑能提高MS密封膠的耐水、耐溫性能,用量在0.6%-1.0%較佳。
采用石灰石經鍛燒、消化、碳化反應制備納米CaC03裝料,經表面處理制得水性MS密封膠專用納米碳酸鈣。結果表明,Ca(OH),質量分數為10%,b化起始溫度為zx 0c,晶形控制劑用量為0.6%時,制備的納米碳酸鈣BET比表面積為29.4 m/g,電鏡法平均粒徑為60 nm,為規整的立方體,二次團聚少,激光法粒徑D50為0.679 wm。采用親油性表面處理劑處理后的粉體,用于水性MS密封膠的分散性較差;采用親水性表面處理劑處理后的粉體吸油值較大;采用親水性和親油性復合表面處理劑,當6501椰子油酸二乙醇酞胺和蓖麻油質量比為6:4,用量為4%時,處理后粉體細度為20 m,分散性良好,活化率為46.4% ,鄰苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)吸油值為28 g/100 g,強度為0.84 MPa,伸長率為380%,擠出性為276 g/min,下垂度為綜合性能最佳。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
