電纜密封是密封技術(shù)中的一種特殊技術(shù)。它正處于不斷發(fā)展之中，并且越來越多地被應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)、生活和軍事等方面，如大壩、電纜、地下建筑、過江穿海通道、潛艇、石油開采和船舶等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。

通常，碳纖維增強(qiáng)聚氨醋(PU)復(fù)合丁基防水嵌縫膠是專門針對(duì)處于海洋環(huán)境中的電纜與密封殼體之間研制的一種新型材料，具有操作簡便、耐老化性能優(yōu)異等特點(diǎn)。碳纖維增強(qiáng)PU復(fù)合丁基防水嵌縫膠在壓縮強(qiáng)度達(dá)到7 MPa的條件下，其耐酸性、耐堿性和抗輻射性等明顯優(yōu)于目前常用的傳統(tǒng)密封填料。

我國在電纜與殼體密封的力學(xué)性能研究、密封材料在動(dòng)態(tài)壓力下的作用研究方面尚處于空白階段。本文擬將靜態(tài)力學(xué)中的某些計(jì)算方法和理論用于電纜環(huán)型管節(jié)丁基防水嵌縫膠強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算，并結(jié)合壓力試驗(yàn)過程及密封材料的破壞型式，對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠的密封性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。

電纜密封強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)

軸向壓縮強(qiáng)度、環(huán)向拉伸強(qiáng)度和徑向壓縮強(qiáng)度均大于7 MPa。

①應(yīng)用復(fù)合材料層合板理論，將強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)視為相同壓力值施加于殼體上，計(jì)算出殼體材料的軸向(Z)和環(huán)向(e>材料彈性常數(shù);②根據(jù)應(yīng)力和彈性常數(shù)計(jì)算殼體的軸向(Z)和環(huán)向(0應(yīng)變;③根據(jù)殼體的軸向(Z)和環(huán)向(e>應(yīng)變，計(jì)算殼體材料的軸向和環(huán)向應(yīng)力;④將殼體材料所受應(yīng)力與單向板的材料強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行比較，按照線彈性理論(應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變成比例)，得出殼體材料與單向板的材料強(qiáng)度成比例，從而按比例關(guān)系反推出殼體強(qiáng)度。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
