在溫度Zoo0C左右(過熱蒸汽)，壓力為2MPa下使用的銅閘閥，原采用F墊片組裝麻煩成本高。采用ZS-M2硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠操作方使，密封可靠，邊到技術要求，成本低與F相比，成本可下降一半以上。

采用ZS-M2硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠密封載重汽車的液壓管接頭(壓力8MPa)和氣壓管接頭(壓力BMPa)，經側試，滿足了該載重汽車的密封要求。

利用復合材料層合板理論對碳纖維增強硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在海水壓力下的受力狀況進行了簡要的數學分析，并結合耐壓試n結果，對碳纖維增強硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的老化及滲漏性能進行了分析。結果表明:應用層合板理論計算得到的復合材料環體的軸向壓縮強度、環向拉伸強度、徑向壓縮強度及受力情況均滿足設計要求;但是，上述計算均以碳纖維增強硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料的靜態力學性能為依據的，而復合材料環體在工作時呈動態力學狀態，故應用層合板理論進行相關性能的計算還存在著一定的誤差;目前采用碳纖維增強PU纏繞工藝、輔以表面處理劑和凈水隔離劑后所制備的電纜硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，在7 MPa壓力作用下，環型管節沒有泄漏，與計算結果預測一致。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
