本次試驗在市場上隨機(jī)購買了7個樣品，其中耐候MS密封膠2個、結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠5個，單支價格1020元不等。樣品主要信息如表1所示。
試驗方案
本次樣品全部送至某國家化學(xué)建材測試中心進(jìn)行檢測。試驗方案如表2所示。
(1)檢測依據(jù):產(chǎn)品明示執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和GB 30982-2014《建筑MS密封膠粘劑有害物質(zhì)限量》。
(2)檢測項目:產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識和安全性能指標(biāo)，包括非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中全部項目。
檢測結(jié)果
經(jīng)檢測，7個樣品均存在質(zhì)量問題。
產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識
7個樣品的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識均不符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，
(1)總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物:1#樣品不符合強(qiáng)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 30982-2014要求(<100 g/kg)，實測值高達(dá)506 g/kg，超標(biāo)4倍多。
(2)質(zhì)量損失率:1#和2#樣品不符合對應(yīng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。1#樣品執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 14683-2003要求質(zhì)量損失率10%，實測值為49%，超標(biāo)近4倍。
5個結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠均不合格(見表5)，表現(xiàn)為總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物、熱失重、拉伸粘接強(qiáng)度、最大拉伸強(qiáng)度時伸長率、粘接破壞面積項目超標(biāo)。
(1)總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物:4#和6#樣品不符合強(qiáng)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 30982-2014要求(<100 g/kg)06#樣品超標(biāo)更嚴(yán)重，實測值達(dá)380 g/kg，超標(biāo)近3倍。
(2)熱失重:4#,5#,6#樣品不符合強(qiáng)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB16776-2005要求(<10%) 0 6#樣品超標(biāo)更嚴(yán)重，實測值為38.9%，超標(biāo)近3倍。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
