為獲得氖污染不銹鋼的暫時性封閉材料,在對中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜進行表面形貌和比表面積分析的基礎上,用其在316L氖污染不銹鋼模擬樣品上進行了暫時性封閉實驗。結果表明:膜厚度、時間、水和水溫這些因素對封閉效果的影響很小。報道,如美國洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗所Harper等用在氖污染實驗室退役過程中將屋面瀝青、油灰帶和一種硅橡膠豁合劑應用于封閉氖污染不銹鋼。本工作選用中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠作為氖污染不銹鋼的暫時性封閉材料,它是有機硅氧化物的聚合物,其特點是膠體固化后耐水性、柔韌性強用,易剝離。實驗在對中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜作透氣性考察的基礎上,用其在316L氖污染不銹鋼模擬樣品表面制成封閉膜(即用于封閉的中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜),測試封閉效果。
將中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠制成不同厚度的膜用以封閉不銹鋼,注膠后可用抹刀或木片修整其表面。由于膠膜固化是靠空氣中的水分,隨著膜厚度的增加,其實干時間相應增長,如室溫20℃左右時,2 mm厚的膠膜實干時間為7h。但要將中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠作為氖污染不銹鋼的封閉材料還需考察其透氣性,故實驗首先進行了膠膜的表面形貌和比表面積分析。膠膜性能表征表面形貌分析圖1顯示了中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜表面形貌,可看出膠膜表面致密光滑,無孔洞。比表面積及孔隙度分析經比表面及孔隙度分析,所得膠膜等溫線圖示于。分析所得中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜的多點比表面數據低于儀器的比表面測定下限0. 0l m2 /g,且由圖2看出膠膜樣品對氮氣沒什么吸附,說明中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜樣品無孔。
上述性能測試說明中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜具有膜層致密、透氣性差、干燥時間短、柔韌性好和干后易剝離的優點,滿足作為暫時性封閉材料的基本條件。實驗獲得了中性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膜封閉氖污染不銹鋼模擬樣品的效果,即靜態條件下封閉樣品的氖釋出率小于500。而各因素對封閉效果的影響主要表現在以下兩個方面:(1)靜態條件下,封閉膜厚度(<1-5 mm)和時間(兩個月)對封閉效果沒有影響;(2)水和水溫對封閉效果影響很小,相比于靜態條件下的氖釋出率,水的浸泡使氖釋出率增加了100;當水溫從24℃升至60 ℃ ,氖釋出率增加了6000。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
