單組分室溫硫化硅橡膠主要由基礎化合物、交聯劑、偶聯劑這3種必須成分，以及催化劑、補強填料、添加劑等幾種不可缺少的成分配制而成。基礎聚合物一二輕基聚二甲基硅氧烷是制備縮合型單組分室溫硫化硅橡膠最重要的基礎聚合物。而交聯劑是單組分室溫硫化硅橡膠的核心組分，對產品的交聯機理和分類命名起決定性作用。目前主要的交聯劑品種和縮合反應產物如表1所示。

室溫硫化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠按照其產品形態，可分為單組分型和雙組份型。按照硫化機理，單組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可分為脫醋酸型、脫醇型、脫酮脂型、脫丙酮型、脫酞胺型、脫胺型;雙組份硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠可分為脫醇型、脫氫型、脫水型、脫梭胺型、加成反應交聯型。

硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠又稱室溫硫化硅酮密封膠，這是一種新型的有機硅彈性體，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的固化原理是借助空氣中的水汽，在一定的溫度下，由表及里逐步固化，并釋放出小分子化合物，從而交聯形成一個三維網狀結構的彈性體。如圖1所示，單組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在制膠過程中，主要發生硫化反應，在催化劑作用下，交聯劑甲基三甲氧基硅烷與107膠發生脫醇反應，生成聚硅氧烷。

常見的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠包裝為鋁膜軟包裝和PE膠瓶與PE底蓋的組合硬包裝，如圖2所示，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在使用時，通過膠槍擠出至施工區域后，被擠出的聚硅氧烷與空氣中的水汽發生反應，逐步交聯為三維網狀結構的彈性體。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
