由于液體硅橡膠基礎聚合物的粘度(毛10MPa"s)大大低于混煉型硅橡膠的基礎聚合物(生膠)，因而與填料、交聯(lián)劑、催化劑及添加劑的混配可以使用捏合機、三輥機行星式攪拌混合器、單螺或雙螺桿混合擠出機等。但基于室溫硫化硅橡膠主要用作粘接劑及密封劑，而且是通過濕氣硫化的特性，因而對原料、混合工藝及環(huán)境條件有一些特殊要求。一般說，單組分室溫硫化硅橡膠應滿足以下要求:①膠料細膩，各組分分散均勻;②包裝容器密封性好，膠料貯存期長(超過半年)，既不發(fā)生凝膠化，也無不硫化或硫化慢等;③作為密封使用的產品應有良好的觸變性，既有足夠的擠出速度，容易從封筒擠出施工，又不能從密封部位甚至是垂直部位流淌或下垂;④遇濕氣后消粘(觸干)快，硫化速度也較快;⑤硫化后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠應有符合要求的模量。為了達到上述要求，在配制室溫硫化硅橡膠過程中必須嚴格控制所用原料的品質與含量并且在干燥環(huán)境中混配，以防膠料接觸濕氣過早硫化。中空玻璃用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的生產過程為:先將100份上述制品HO(MeZSi0)H,3份MeSi(OCMe=CHZ),0.1份BuZSn(OCOC.,H,5)/0\100份HZC—HCHZOC3H6Si(OMe)3及29份白炭黑，先混成膠料A;再將50份HO(MeZSiO)H,20份丁胺及29份白炭黑，混成膠料B;然后將等量的A,B均勻混合在20℃的空氣中硫化7天，就可得到。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
