實驗配方:赫度為50Pa·s的107膠:納米碳酸鈣粉=45:55(質量比),再加人3.6%的D-30,0.4%的D-90,0.3%的KH-550,0.15%的KH-560,0.05%的有機錫(10ml白油稀釋)。納米碳酸鈣粉體的比表面積為22m2/g。不同含量的表面處理劑對MS密封膠力學性能的影響。
表2的實驗結果顯示,納米碳酸鈣的表面處理劑增加后,填充于MS密封膠中,拉伸強度稍有降低,伸長率明顯增大;隨著表面處理劑的增加,成品膠的稠度變大,硬度逐漸減小。表面處理劑增加后,成品膠擠出性明顯變好,與稠度呈現一致性。成品膠的密度基本不變。從實驗結果看出,表面處理劑的用量在3%-4%時,納米碳酸鈣的性能較好。
吸油值是樣品在規定條件下所吸收的精制亞麻仁油或DOP的量,以每100g產品所需油的體積或質量表示。碳酸鈣的吸油值與比表面、表面處理劑種類和用量、碳酸鈣結晶時晶體的孔隙率有關。碳酸鈣的比表面越小,表面處理劑親油性越好、用量越大,結晶時孔隙率越小,吸油量越小,反之亦然。
我們用不同的生產廠家生產的碳酸鈣產品,測定吸油值,并按配方填充MS密封膠,測定MS密封膠的稠度、流掛長度和擠出量,結果為:稠度隨吸油值的下降先變大,當下降到30mIJ100g時稠度最大,此時勃度最小,擠出量最大。吸油值繼續下降時,稠度略微變小,擠出量變小。估計吸油值勃度最小時是單分子吸附,繼續降低吸油值時,多余的脂肪酸游離出來形成負觸變性,影響流變性。隨著吸油值的下降,抗流掛性不斷增加,這是因為附在碳醋鈣微粒表面上的脂肪酸及其醋的長鏈分子相互纏繞,吸引形成疏松粒子表面網絡結構,增加了密封膠的相互作用。通過流變性的綜合考慮,吸油值控制在2832mIJ100g時較好。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
