納米碳酸鈣及丁基防水嵌縫膠的生產流程,原料及樣品的制備將端輕基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107丁基防水嵌縫膠)、表面改性納米碳酸鈣加人Z型捏合機中,在120--150℃下抽真空脫水,捏合2h后放人雙軸行星攪拌機中,并加人固化劑、偶聯(lián)劑和催化劑,減壓排氣后擠人PE密封筒中密封保存,放置24 h后,按照GB 16776-2005《建筑用硅酮結構丁基防水嵌縫膠》進行測定。丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率按GB/T 13477-2002《建筑密封材料測試方法》采用電子萬能試驗機測試;丁基防水嵌縫膠的邵爾A硬度按GBIT 531.1-2008《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠》采用邵爾硬度計測試。納米碳酸鈣與107膠配比對單組分脫酮肪型丁基防水嵌縫膠力學性能的影響實驗配方:赫度為50 Pa " s的107丁基防水嵌縫膠,以用量為變量;脂肪酸復合處理的納米碳酸鈣粉,以用量為變量。再加人3.6%的D-30(甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷),0.4%的D-90(乙烯基三丁酮肪基硅),0.3%的KH-550(偶聯(lián)劑),0.15%的KH-560偶聯(lián)劑)以及0.05%的二月桂酸二丁基錫(采用10 mL硅油稀釋)。不同含量的107膠與納米碳酸鈣配比后對丁基防水嵌縫膠力學性能的影響。
從表1中的實驗結果,我們可以看出:此碳酸鈣填充于丁基防水嵌縫膠中,當填充量在60%時,強度較大,但是稠度小,伸長率小;填充量55%和50%時,其拉伸強度與斷裂伸長率較好;填充量45%和40%時,丁基防水嵌縫膠拉伸強度與斷裂伸長率明顯下降。隨著碳酸鈣填充量的減小,丁基防水嵌縫膠的表干時間逐漸增大。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
