由表3可知:PADS-OC純E-51丁基防水嵌縫膠的。x均小于PADE-10%丁基防水嵌縫膠。這可能因為PADE的摻人形成高交聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，使得固化物結(jié)構(gòu)更加致密。因此，加人適量的PADE可以提高丁基防水嵌縫膠的耐熱性，并且具備更優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能。
為研究摻人PADE后對改性E-51丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接機制的影響，對破壞后的試樣斷面形貌進行分析。PADE改性E-51基體樹脂試樣的拉伸斷裂面形貌如圖12所示。
由圖12a)可知:E-51固化物的斷裂面，形態(tài)平整，材料內(nèi)聚力小，固化物的交聯(lián)密度較低，使得柔韌性較差，表現(xiàn)為脆性斷裂特征。
由圖12b)可知:摻人10%PADE的丁基防水嵌縫膠的SEM圖中，斷裂表面顯示出有序的能帶結(jié)構(gòu)，并伴隨著大量細(xì)小的銀紋出現(xiàn)。這是由于引人了具有柔性鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的PADE，鏈段的自由運動在外力的作用下增加，使得固化物的韌性提高，可提升丁基防水嵌縫膠對PVC的滲透性。膠層的固化交聯(lián)密度提升，粘接力因此增大，使得PVC破壞處的粗糙度增加此外，分散在其中的KH-560處理填料與環(huán)氧樹脂也會產(chǎn)生分子間弱相互作用(如氫鍵和范德華力)，可以保證膠粘劑結(jié)構(gòu)更穩(wěn)定，從而提升丁基防水嵌縫膠的韌性，使斷裂面粗糙度增加更明顯。
配方中存在PADE有多種好處:y由于PADE具有茹度低的特性，使丁基防水嵌縫膠易于擴散和滲透到PVC中，提升浸潤性;(2)PADE中存在柔性鏈段，與商用的E-44或E-51結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑相比，可以提升膠粘劑的韌性;(3)添加PADE使得丁基防水嵌縫膠快速固化，并且PADE的成本低，存在一定的經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢。此外，PADE丁基防水嵌縫膠是一種不含揮發(fā)性有機化合物的雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
