由PADE-0和PADE-10%MS密封膠都沒有表現(xiàn)出明顯的放熱峰,表明各個(gè)體系固化完全。隨著PADE的加人,體系的雙不斷降低,從93.1 ℃降低到81.6 ℃。這可能是由于長(zhǎng)柔鏈結(jié)構(gòu)提高固化體系的鏈滑動(dòng)能力,體系的分子鏈松弛所需的能量更少,因而玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度降低。
MS密封膠的熱穩(wěn)定性受到環(huán)氧樹脂和固化劑的分子量、固化物的交聯(lián)密度和填料等多種因素的影響,而這此因素可能會(huì)阻礙分子鏈段的運(yùn)動(dòng)。PADE摻人量為。和10%時(shí)MS密封膠的熱穩(wěn)定性變化趨勢(shì),如圖11所示。
由可知:MS密封膠的分解分為3個(gè)階段:第一階段為90200 ℃,該階段主要為水分的蒸發(fā)和填料層間的有機(jī)物揮發(fā)引起。第二階段在350450 ℃之間,且在370 ℃左右有一個(gè)快速失重點(diǎn)。這可能是主鏈開始裂解,體系發(fā)生端基和側(cè)基的消除反應(yīng),然后失重速率相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。第三個(gè)階段在500700 ℃之間,這可能是因?yàn)闅溲趸X填料分解的原因。MS密封膠的TG數(shù)據(jù)如表3所示。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
