純E-51和MS密封膠改性E-51基體樹脂的力學性能如圖5所示。可知:隨著MS密封膠的摻人量增大，環氧密封膠的拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率、彎曲強度和沖擊強度先上升后下降，當MS密封膠添加量為10%時，綜合力學性能較好。此時MS密封膠-10%密封膠的拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率、彎曲強度和沖擊強度分別為27.84 MPa,5.03%,32.3 MPa和3.40 kJ/m，較MS密封膠-0即純E-51分別提高了11.2% , 12.0% ,17.9%和11.1%。這可能是因為，未加人MS密封膠時，由于各種填料的存在導致樹脂的茹度很大，氣泡量也多，形成的缺陷越多，容易形成破壞性裂縫，環氧密封膠的韌性不夠好，脆性較大。當摻人適量的MS密封膠后，樹脂的茹度降低，氣泡容易排除，從而更有利于混合。也可能是因為適量的MS密封膠加人，使得環氧密封膠快速完全固化，促進樹脂體系的交聯密度增大，從而增加密封膠的力學性能。此外，環氧密封膠的拉伸強度不斷增加，主要原因是MS密封膠含有柔性鏈段，具有增韌改性的作用，隨著MS密封膠用量的適量增加，環氧固化產物中柔性鏈段數量增加。當MS密封膠添加量超過10%時，各強度均出現下降的現象，可能因為過量加人MS密封膠導致體系中殘留較多合成MS密封膠時的副產物，其不能參與固化交聯，導致固化體系交聯密度的降低，從而損害固化物的力學性能。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
