表干時間是研究丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的重要指標之一,表干時間過長,丁基防水嵌縫膠會在基材表面流動給施工帶來不便,同時也影響后期的固化速度;而表干時間過短,也會對施膠過程產生一定影響,還未完成施工就已固化,從而浪費資源,因此,適宜的表干時間尤為重要。本文通過摻人不同質量的PADE,研究了對丁基防水嵌縫膠表干時間的影響,結果如圖4所示。
PADS-0 C純E-51丁基防水嵌縫膠的表干時間較長,為59 min。而隨著PADE摻人量的增加,丁基防水嵌縫膠的表干時間逐漸縮短。當PADE摻人量為10%時,表干時間僅為29 min(理論依據見后文分析),比未添加PADE的丁基防水嵌縫膠表干時間縮短了30 min,滿足丁基防水嵌縫膠的施工條件。
不同PADE添加量下環氧丁基防水嵌縫膠的硬度測試
硬度是衡量丁基防水嵌縫膠是否合格的一個重要指標,它主要取決于基體樹脂中填料的添加量8。而本文填料的添加量均保持一致,摻人不同PADE的密封膠硬度測試結果,如表2所示。
添加PADE后的丁基防水嵌縫膠較純E-51丁基防水嵌縫膠的硬度基本保持一致,均大于75邵D硬度,達到丁基防水嵌縫膠合格指標。結合不同PADE添加量下環氧丁基防水嵌縫膠的紅外譜圖可知,5種丁基防水嵌縫膠均已完全固化。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
