本文以鄰苯二甲酸醉和環氧氯丙烷為原料合成鄰苯二甲酸二縮水甘油(PADE),對環氧樹脂E-51進行改性。選用活性稀釋劑1,4一丁二醇二縮水甘油醚DGEBD、固化劑脂環胺(AEP和聚酞胺固化劑(V125)、填料氫氧化鋁、碳酸鈣和氧化鋁,研發出兼具室溫快速固化、熱穩定性好的室溫固化環氧樹脂硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,以期對其他相關研究提供參考價值。
用PVC塑料板作為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試驗測試載體(尺寸:100 mmX25 mmXS mm)。采用單搭接法茹合兩塊PVC板,具體配方如表1所示。其中,PADE的摻人量以100 g的E-51為基準;DGEBD摻人量為E-51的15%, IH-560、氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁(ATH)、碳酸鈣(CaC03)、黑色漿、AEP固化劑和V 125固化劑的用量分別為總基體樹脂質量的0.5%,175%,30%,40%(其中,A組分占35%,B組分占5%) ,1%,14.2%和21%。固化條件為:25 ℃/12 h+60 ℃/3 h,然后經過不同老化處理進行性能評價。作為試驗樣本,每組制作5個平行樣。
結構表征:分別采用FT-IR法和’H-NMR法對PA和PADE進行測定。其中,FT-IR法分辨率為4 cm,掃描范圍為4 000400 cm,掃描64次;' H-NMR法以氖代二甲亞礬(DMSO)為溶劑。
環氧值:按照GB/T 4612-2008標準,采用電位滴定儀測試PADE的環氧值,其中樣品稱取0.2 g左右。
黍占度:按照GB/T 22314-2008標準,采用茹度儀進行測定(轉子號為28,測試溫度為25 ℃)。
表干時間:將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在干凈的玻璃板上均勻涂抹,施膠的厚度控制在0.1 mm,記錄不茹手的時間即為表干時間。
硬度:按照GB/T 531.1-2008標準中測試方法,采用邵氏D硬度計進行測定。首先需要將試樣擠在特定的方格中,然后在恒溫恒濕的條件下養護7d,最后選取硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的3個不同位置,使用邵氏D硬度計測出多組數據,并對多組數據進行平均值計算。試驗的環境條件是溫度(23士2) ℃、相對濕度(50士5)%RH。
力學性能:按照GB/T 2567-2008標準,使用萬能試驗機測試試樣老化前的彎曲性能、拉伸性能和斷裂伸長率;使用沖擊試驗機測試試樣的抗沖擊性能。測試至少5個樣品,取其平均值
拉伸剪切強度:按照GB/T 7124-2008標準,使用萬能試驗機進行測定。選用PVC塑料板作為粘接基板,其中PVC基板不需表面處理,粘接面的長度和寬度分別為(25士0.25)和(12.5士0.25) mm。測試至少5個樣品,取其平均值熱性能:采用DSC法進行測定,在N氣氛下,吹掃氣流速為40 mL/min,保護氣流速為60 mL/min,測試溫度區間為50200 ℃,升溫速率分別5,10,15和20 ℃/min。樣品稱量5一10 mg。
熱穩定性:采用TG法進行測定。溫度范圍為30-900 ℃,升溫速率為20 ℃/min,N2氣氛,樣品質量為5一10 mg。
微觀形貌:采用SE M法對固化物沖擊斷裂面和拉伸剪切斷裂面進行觀察,電壓為20 kV,試驗前樣品進行噴金處理。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
