自由體積均隨之升高。且在相同溫度下,自由體積大小順序均為:MS密封膠/白油>MS密封膠/甲基硅油>MS密封膠/雙端乙烯基硅油。此外,自由體積越大,越有利于分子鏈的運動和伸展,故白油容易發生擴散。同時從圖巧中可以看出,隨著溫度升高,各混合體系的自由體積分數均增大。這說明溫度的升高使增塑劑分子的運動能量提高,與MS密封膠分子間的距離增加,增加了分子的運動空間,從而更有利于分子發生擴散。此外,在相同溫度下,自由體積分數的大小順序也均為:MS密封膠/白油>MS密封膠/甲基硅油>MS密封膠/雙端乙烯基硅油。
綜合以上兩方面分析:隨著溫度升高,MS密封膠與增塑劑分子間的相互作用減弱,使增塑劑擴散能力增強。且隨著溫度的升高,各混合體系內的自由體積及自由體積分數均隨之增加,這為增塑劑分子的擴散提供了有效的運動空間,因此使增塑劑更易在體系中發生擴散。
各混合體系隨增塑劑含量變化的自由體積及自由體積分數,如圖16所示。
由圖16可知:隨著增塑劑含量的增加,各混合體系的自由體積和自由體積分數均隨之升高。在相同條件下,體系的自由體積及自由體積分數的大小順序均為:MS密封膠/白油>MS密封膠/甲基硅油>MS密封膠/雙端乙烯基硅油。這說明增塑劑含量的升高不僅使增塑劑分子鏈本身更易伸展和轉動,而且為增塑劑分子增加了有效運動空間。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
