由圖3可知:3種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的擴散系數均在1X10-cm2/s數量級范圍內,擴散系數大小順序為:白油>甲基硅油>雙端乙烯基硅油。這表明在常溫下丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑含量為40%時,白油在體系中的擴散最強,但三者整體的擴散能力相當。
溫度的提升有利于分子熱運動,因此,對丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑擴散具有重要影響。為了研究在不同溫度下丁基防水嵌縫膠體系中丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的擴散性能影響規律,分別選取了298,318,338,358和378 K等5個常用溫度,丁基防水嵌縫膠與丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的質量配比均為60:40。通過動力學計算得到3種混合體系中白油、甲基硅油、雙端乙烯基硅油的均方位移曲線,如圖4所示。白油、甲基硅油和雙端乙烯基硅油在不同溫度下IISD-t曲線的擬合直線方程如表2所示。利用丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑白油、甲基硅油和雙端乙烯基硅油在不同溫度下的擴散系數條形圖,對3種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的擴散系數進一步采用指數擬合,得到擴散系數D與溫度t關系的指數擬合方程,如圖5所示。
由圖Sa)可知:3種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑的擴散系數均隨著溫度的升高而增加。此外,在相同溫度下3種丁基防水嵌縫膠增塑劑擴散系數大小順序均為白油>甲基硅油>雙端乙烯基硅油。在298 K溫度時,白油、甲基硅油、雙端乙烯基硅油的擴散系數分別為7.7gx10, 6.75x10,6.25 x 10-cm2/s;在318 I溫度時,白油、甲基硅油、雙端乙烯基硅油的擴散系數分別為9.66x10-,7.81x10-,6.64x10-cm2/s。可以看出,三者在低溫時擴散能力相當,均在1 x 10-"m2/s數量級范圍內,但白油擴散系數始終是最高的。而在溫度338I(65 ℃)時(即超過318I時),白油擴散系數有明顯升高,雙端乙烯基硅油擴散趨勢基本趨于穩定,甲基硅油居中。這說明白油在溫度65 ℃及以上時更易從體系中擴散出來,從而導致丁基防水嵌縫膠粘接性能下降。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
