4種雙組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣最大粘結強度時的伸長率隨老化時間變化的趨勢見圖。如圖5所示,2n試樣伸長率在老化初期有小幅下降,1 000 h后伸長率值基本不變;4#試樣伸長率在老化初期就迅速下降,1 000 h后伸長率僅為30%左右,這可能是由于4#試樣本身在配方上與其他試樣有較大的差異。6,8#試樣的伸長率在老化初期小幅上升,1 000 h后伸長率基本不變。經5 000 h老化試驗后,2#, 6", 8"試樣的伸長率值與初始值相比,變化很小。
從前面的老化試驗結果可以發現,不同品牌的聚氨酯密封膠,粘結強度、伸長率隨老化時間的變化規律存在一定共性。但由于各品牌聚氨酯密封膠的配方不同,其粘結強度和伸長率也不盡相同,雖有共性,但并沒有得到統一的關系曲線。因此,本文在對上述數據進行進一步分析后,提出相對粘結強度和相對伸長率的概念。其中,相對粘結強度指不同老化時間的粘結強度值與標態下粘結強度值的比值,標態下的相對粘結強度值為1;相對伸長率指不同老化時間的伸長率值與標態時伸長率值的比值,標態下的相對伸長率值為l0 8種聚氨酯密封膠的相對粘結強度隨老化時間延長的變化趨勢見圖6。
如圖6所示,8種聚氨酯密封膠中,4#膠的曲線明顯偏離其余7個試樣,考慮到4"試樣本身在配方上與其他試樣可能存在較大的差異,剔除4}試樣后,其余7個試樣的相對粘結強度隨老化時間變化的關系曲線交叉在一起,可以進行歸一化處理。取不同老化時間下7個試樣相對粘結強度的平均值,對老化時間作圖,并對曲線進行擬合。同理,將7個試樣的相對伸長率也進行歸一化處理,以相對粘結強度和相對伸長率的平均值,對老化時間作圖,可得到圖7所示的曲線。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
