老化試驗(yàn)參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASTM的規(guī)定進(jìn)行，每12h為一個(gè)試驗(yàn)循環(huán)周期，包括紫外線輻照8h，其中黑板溫度為(6013)℃;冷凝水4h，其中黑板溫度為(50士3)℃。老化時(shí)間分別為300 h,1 000 h,3 000 h,4 000 h和5 000 h，每一編號MS密封膠樣品各取出1組試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。
拉伸粘結(jié)性試驗(yàn)按照GB 16776-2005的規(guī)定進(jìn)行，測量每個(gè)試樣的長寬高，以5 mm/min的速度將試樣拉伸至破壞，得到最大粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和最大粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度時(shí)的伸長率(取5個(gè)試樣的平均值)。

4種單組分硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠試樣的最大粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨老化時(shí)間的變化趨勢見如圖2所示，4種單組分硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠試樣經(jīng)5 000 h人工加速老化試驗(yàn)后，粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度均)0.45MPa，滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 16776-2005對幕墻用硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠老化后強(qiáng)度的要求。1",30,5",7MS密封膠老化后的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度值較初始值分別下降了約28% ,30% ,22% , 32%，其中1",3"試樣粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨老化時(shí)間延長呈線性下降，而5#,7試樣在老化初期粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度下降較快，3 000 h后粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度趨于平緩。隨老化時(shí)間的延長，4種單組分硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)MS密封膠粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度變化規(guī)律稍有不同，但都呈下降趨勢。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
