理化性能對比試驗結果表明，采用了內外雙增塑技術并輔之以潤滑助劑和填料得到的ZG一%膠已達到Vib。一Sea1516MS密封膠的技術水平，干燥后形成的潤滑性粘彈膜有利于預涂件多次重復使用，比硬質徐層更具密封可靠性。

(1)1995年11一12月間，在東風公司總裝廠以ZG一96膠預涂了E1fl92F車制動管路系統分裝閥螺紋接頭13種3648件，裝車45#i輛份，現場試氣發現漏氣點14個，統計泄漏率為0. 3%。與原采用不干性MS密封膠時4%的泄漏率相比、采用ZG一%預涂膠使制動系統密封性大為提高。

(2)1996年6-7月間，東風公司發動機廠試用ZG一%膠預涂E鄰100發動機放水龍頭1284只并完成了裝配。發動機試驗表明預涂接頭均無滲漏，可解決因原用GY-230厭氧MS密封膠易流淌以致對發動機油漆表面附著力下降的問題。

(3)1996年11月東風公司柴油發動機廠以ZG -96膠預涂康明斯發動機橫油道螺堵、進氣管蓋螺塞、水溫傳感器接頭等9種零件計260只，裝機1o輛份，并相繼進行了裝配線試漏試驗6分鐘臺架實驗及2so小時臺架強化試驗。結果表明所用預涂件密封件可靠。在此基礎上，該廠順利完成了10110輛份發動機批量試用。

(4)199$年，東風緊固件有限公司先后對zG一%MS密封膠進行了涂布工藝試驗及密封性試驗，在確認其成膜均勻性及耐壓密封性與Yibra一Sea1516膠相當的基礎上，該公司以ZG一%膠替代Yibra -Sea151C膠預涂E153車制動電子閥、排氣制動閥、發動機打氣泵接頭并在總裝廠裝車to輛份，取得了較好效果。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
