嵌填MS密封膠對于較小縫槽。可一次完成注膠施工。對于較深較寬的縫槽，按要求填充完E背襯材料后。可分三次嵌填MS密封膠先用批刃將少量的膠抹在縫槽兩側壁上。反復擠壓。膠體形成V型槽，使MS密封膠與被粘界面很好浸潤粘接。再用膠槍或批刀用大量的膠朝一個方向將V,t槽填充平整,要求填充密實，平整。無氣泡，無孔洞。用比習抹平整形。達到涂膠密實、平整、順直飽滿、無氣泡、無開裂。施工中不得污染縫槽附近其它部位混凝用膠帶粘貼保護，施丁完畢清除即可，涂膠結束后24小時內避免水沖雨淋膠休在井小時后開始凝固，7天內就能達較好效果:所以7天后方可通水試驗。28天可結束養護，MS密封膠施工縫處理如果兩次涂膠時間l-N隔未超過襯小時，可采用yF接方式。濕接方式不需要特殊處理，直接在上次施工縫處繼續涂膠施工，如果兩次涂膠施工時間超過8小時，則采用干接方式:前次涂膠結束a必須留下斜形毛面、以便下次搭接，再次涂膠a先用批襯在原接縫斜自卜薄薄涂抹一層封膠。然后連續進行本次徐膠施工。
混凝上裂縫處理完畢，必須經過驗，丈后方可交付使用:工程驗收必須在各一序、部位、施一過程都符合要求條件下進行、施工單位應健全質量保證體系，施工過程要建立自檢、交檢卜專檢制度、確保每道工序質量合格。首先應對原材料進場復試、基層縫槽處理、施工環境溫度、膠體配合比攪拌、MS密封膠嵌填、膠體固化前養護等技術資料進行檢查，應有完整的檢查記錄、其次，施工完畢應對下程部位外觀進行檢查，MS密封膠與縫槽兩Ml]混凝土及背襯PE泡沫板粘接牢固，粘接縫要求整齊平滑、飽滿密實。MS密封膠經養護完全琉化成彈性體后，硬度必須達到設計要求。對于漏做、不平、氣泡、脫膠等現象。應及時修補整齊。不允許出現下垂現象。
