將位于上海某海港基地的裝配式建筑用作研發(fā)中心;這座建筑是以綠色節(jié)能的方式建造的，共建成3座建筑示范樓。將PU聚氨酯密封膠、PC910聚氨酯密封膠、SMP651聚氨酯密封膠、SMP652聚氨酯密封膠4種聚氨酯密封膠分別應(yīng)用到裝配式建筑外墻保溫板接縫中，根據(jù)不同類型聚氨酯密封膠的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)聚氨酯密封膠在接縫中的性能開展長(zhǎng)期試驗(yàn)及觀察研究。

聚氨酯密封膠在接縫中的施工

設(shè)定在裝配式建筑外墻保溫板外側(cè)水平、豎直縫中進(jìn)行聚氨酯密封膠防水封堵操作，令外墻保溫板的側(cè)壁保持整潔、干燥。在施工前檢查所需材料性能、質(zhì)量及配合比，使外墻保溫板接縫能夠牢固粘接，不容許存有缺陷;

令裝配式建筑外墻的外側(cè)豎縫與水平線之間的注膠寬度、厚度符合設(shè)定接縫條件，待外墻保溫板接縫固定后校核，再利用聚氨酯密封膠對(duì)接縫嵌填。主要流程為:放人泡沫棒，最后再向縫隙中打膠。在施工期間，外墻的防水空腔不能填補(bǔ)，同時(shí)聚氨酯密封膠在注膠時(shí)要保證表明是光滑的，不能出現(xiàn)裂縫。那么泡沫棒、聚氨酯密封膠注膠、修膠過程如圖1所示。http://www.caffertyclinic.com/
