丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的分級我國目前丁基防水嵌縫密封膠產品標準均按JC/T882《幕墻玻璃接縫用丁基防水嵌縫密封膠》制定的，按試驗的冷拉伸/熱壓縮幅度可分為以下級別:25LM級、25HM級、20LM級、20HM級，標準各分級性能指標見表1-3。

在實際使用中，漏水、膠縫開裂以及脫粘已成為建筑幕墻最常見的質量問題。通過不斷地實踐論證、研究總結，造成建筑幕墻密封失效、漏水的最關鍵因素之一，是丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的位移能力以及其在板塊間變位的反復作用下對基材的粘結能力達不到要求。丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的主要作用是對板塊間接縫的密封，由于板塊經常會受到溫度變化、風壓、震動、主體結構變形等影響而發生位移，導致接縫寬度也就會隨之發生變化。我們以鋁塑板幕墻為例，僅以溫度變化引起位移變化做一個簡單的分析。

由溫度引起的位移量可按下式計算:

a—構件膨脹系數(x10/℃);

DT—構件的溫度差(℃)

L—構件的長度(mm)

鋁塑板的膨脹系數按4.0x 10-5/℃，構件的長度按1.5米計算，不同溫差下鋁塑板的位移量，按不同設計接縫寬度，來選擇所需級別，見表4,5,6。

從表4,5,6看，在同等位移條件下，設計接縫越寬，用膠量相對較大，對丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的級別要求相對低些;反之，設計接縫越窄，用膠量相對較小，但對丁基防水嵌縫密封膠的級別要求相對高些。www.caffertyclinic.com
