硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是以聚二甲基硅氧烷為主要原料,輔以交聯劑、填料、增塑劑、偶聯劑、催化劑在真空狀態下混合而成的膏狀物,在室溫下通過與空氣中的水發生反應固化形成彈性硅橡膠。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的高分子主鏈主要由硅一氧一硅鍵組成,在固化過程中交聯劑與基礎聚合物反應形成網狀的Si-O-Si骨架結構,其鍵能為106Kca1/mol,而通常的高分子材料的C-0和C-C鍵能均較小,分別為80和85.2 Kcal/mol。與其他高分子組成的有機密封膠(如:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、丙烯酸類硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠等)相比,最顯著的特點就是優異的耐高低溫性能和耐候性能。另外,Si-O-Si鍵鍵能很高,不僅遠大于其它高聚物鍵能(其他化學鍵鍵能都低于300nm紫外線鍵能),而且Si-O-Si鍵能高于紫外線鍵能,這就是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在紫外線照射下仍保持良好性能,而其他有機高聚物材料容易老化的根本原因。www.caffertyclinic.com
