如果考慮風壓、建筑層間變位等綜合計算,將會有更大的相對位移,可能有更多的產品被淘汰,不能用于結構的裝配。以上還僅僅是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠新鮮時候的數據,老化后大部分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學性能將大幅度衰減。我們將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠室溫固化后28d的數據和放在自然條件下老化180d的數據進行比較,發現有些硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的衰減值達到驚人的程度,比如有一種單組分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠新鮮時的最大延伸率為250%,老化后衰減到130%;又一種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠28d后的最大延伸率為122%,但是180d自然老化后位移能力僅僅為30%。這樣的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠難以滿足熱位移需要,大樓的安全隱患隨著時間增長而逐年增加。
產品過期。這主要指的是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在運輸、存儲過程中不可避免的受熱,其物理性能衰減而導致的提前過期現象。特別是在夏天,溫度較高,這種現象特別明顯。
為此我們進行了50℃的老化試驗(見圖1),取四種不同廠家新鮮的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,他們具有不同的保質期限。在新鮮的時候,他們均具有良好的力學性能。經過2周老化后,一些產品的性能已經大幅衰減;經過4-6周老化后,G,K,S這三種產品的拉伸強度已經遠遠低于GB 16776中對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的要求,已經幾乎不具有強度,如果單純從包裝上判斷他們可否使用,勢必帶來安全隱患。
所以,我們拿到一種材料后,應該對其性能做一簡單評估,先通過表干時間檢查來做粗略判斷,將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠打成刮片,過一段時間后用手去觸摸,觀察多久硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠不粘手。還應該對將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠打成片或條的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在固化3d后用手拉伸以測試其是否具有彈性,如果彈性良好則可以使用。www.caffertyclinic.com
