反應溫度對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠合成反應的影響以PPG8000和3一異氰酸醋基丙基三甲氧基硅烷為原料,nN(70):n(OH)=1.2:1,催化劑用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠合成反應的影響以PPG8000和3一異氰酸醋基丙基三甲氧基硅烷為原料,n(NCO):n(OH)=1.2:1,反應溫度90℃的條件下,考察催化劑二月桂酸二丁基錫用量對合成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠聚合物的影響,結果見表4表4催化劑用量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠合成反應的影響在不使用錫催化劑時,在1723cm處出現氨基甲酸醋的特征吸收峰,但反應12h后,2274cm處NCO的特征吸收峰依然存在(見圖1),說明沒有催化劑的情況下NCO與經基仍舊會反應,但反應速度較慢。隨著催化劑用量的增加,反應速率顯著提高,表現為反應時間依次減少。當催化劑質量分數在0.06%以下時,反應時間較長;質量分數為0.1%時,反應時問縮短至3h,質量分數為0.14%時進‘步縮短為0.5hDBDTL不僅是聚合物合成的催化劑,也是聚合物固化的催化劑,催化劑用量過高在聚合物合成和貯存過程中會影響其自身穩定性。在極少量水汽存在下可能導致產物出現部分水解交聯,使茹度略有增加,同時也會對后期吸附除錫造成困難。吸附劑用量相同的條件下,當DBDTL質量分數不超過0.1%時,經吸附劑吸附催化劑后,聚合物中錫的質量分數低于15X10-6,且經過500CX7d加速貯存后產物瓤度保持不變;當催化劑質量分數為0.14%時,聚合物經吸附處理后錫的質童分數還有48.5X10,且在加速貯存后鉆度進一步增加。綜合考慮,催化劑質量分數優選0.1%,此時具有較為合適的反應時間和較好的貯存穩定性。將在n(NCO):n(OH)-1.2:1,反應溫度900C,催化劑質量分數0.1%條件下合成的聚合物進行了紅外光譜測試和GPC測試,結果見圖1一圖2和表5。www.caffertyclinic.com
