將Q235和SPCC冷軋鋼板除油十燥備用，在鋼板表面涂上硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在室溫下將鋼板分別置于3%NaCI,1(>%硫酸、1ioNaOH溶液中浸泡，比較其耐化學介質滲透性能。耐中性鹽霧腐蝕實驗依據ASTM B117和GB/T1771-207《色漆和清漆耐中性鹽霧性能的測定》進行實驗。將涂有硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的干燥試片放人Q-Fog公司生產的CCT 61)1)鹽霧箱中，將之前配好的質量濃度為5g/L的NaCI溶液倒人鹽霧箱的試液槽rty開純水儀、空氣壓縮機和鹽霧箱，設定實驗程序及實驗f1寸間，分別在?4 h, 4H h, 72 h, 16f3 h取樣，取樣停機時IH7不超過30 min。

取出試板并用清潔的溫水沖洗以除去試板表面上的實驗溶液殘留物，而后立即十燥試板、稱重并檢查試板表面的損壞現象，如氣泡、銹蝕、開裂和剝落程度等。

根據GB/T 2423.3-21)6《電-r.電子產品環境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Cab:恒定濕熱方法》進行恒定濕熱實驗，實驗周期為25h，主要檢查涂覆硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠后金屬樣品的腐蝕情況，并拍照記錄。實驗條件:溫度4℃，濕度3%。

取少量硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠樣品薄薄地涂抹在濱化鉀晶片上，使用紅外光譜儀分析樣品的成分。

通過兩種方法測試硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的pH值。第一種方法:用蘸水的pH試紙快速貼到剛剛擠出的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠上，通過顏色比對測試pH值。第二種方法:將長度約3mm的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠快速擠到15mL去離子水中，用玻璃棒攪拌2-3 min.使用pH計測量水溶液的pH值。www.caffertyclinic.com
