針對變電站主變壓器本體及散熱器標(biāo)示牌處存在嚴(yán)重腐蝕、滲漏油的情況，對粘貼變壓器標(biāo)示牌所使用的聚氨酯密封膠對變壓器散熱器冷軋鋼板的腐蝕行為進(jìn)行分析。選取酸性、中性聚氨酯密封膠作試樣，浸泡實驗、耐中性鹽霧腐蝕實驗、濕熱實驗、紅外光譜側(cè)試和pH值測試結(jié)果表明:酸性聚氨酯密封膠的防水、防酸、防鹽滲透性比中性聚氨酯密封膠好，但酸性硅酮密封膠對金屬的腐蝕性更強，其中百麗春牌酸性聚氨酯密封膠的腐蝕性最強;酸性聚氨酯密封膠在固化過程中產(chǎn)生腐蝕性氣體，對金屬造成腐蝕。建議采用中性聚氨酯密封膠或其他非腐蝕性膠粘貼變壓器標(biāo)示牌。

變電站的主變壓器標(biāo)示牌通常使用聚氨酯密封膠粘貼，而聚氨酯密封膠對變壓器本體及散熱器標(biāo)示牌有腐蝕作用，并造成變壓器滲漏油。聚氨酯密封膠可分為酸性和中性兩種，從產(chǎn)品包裝上又可分為單組分和雙組分。受施工條件的限制，只有單組分聚氨酯密封膠適用于現(xiàn)場施工川。隨著中國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展，對高性能彈性密封膠的需求不斷增長，新型密封材料已列人國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化重點領(lǐng)域，成為國家重點支持項目，有很多學(xué)者都進(jìn)行了相關(guān)方面的研究，研究內(nèi)容主要集中在新型密封膠的研制，以提高密封膠的耐熱性、粘接強度、相容、耐久性和降低固化溫度，鮮有研究聚氨酯密封膠對金屬耐蝕性的影響。本文針對兩種常用品牌的酸、中性單組分聚氨酯密封膠進(jìn)行腐蝕性實驗，通過浸泡實驗和鹽霧腐蝕實驗研究聚氨酯密封膠的耐介質(zhì)滲透性，采用濕熱實驗評價聚氨酯密封膠對金屬的腐蝕性，利用紅外光譜分析試樣并發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種測試聚氨酯密封膠pH值的方法。www.caffertyclinic.com
