介紹了以11R為主體材料的熱熔聚氨酯密封膠在密封車前燈中的應(yīng)用以及似該聚氨酯密封膠為基礎(chǔ)改性的聚氨酯密封膠條在建筑用中空玻璃上的應(yīng)用.并對產(chǎn)品的性能及加工性能進(jìn)行了評估。結(jié)果表明產(chǎn)品具有良好的加工工藝性能和優(yōu)異的密封性等性能R具有透氣率低、生膠內(nèi)聚力高及低溫柔軟性好等特點(diǎn)，因此，采用IIR制造的聚氨酯密封膠被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、汽車、電器等行業(yè)。以往，車前燈的透鏡與后反射鏡的粘接一般采用單組分加熱固化型環(huán)氧樹脂膠粘劑進(jìn)行粘接，再借助銷釘或螺絲與外殼固定。現(xiàn)在用聚氨酯密封膠將車前燈的透鏡部件與以PP或ABA為基材的外殼粘接成密封的整體，使其具有工藝簡單、密封性能良好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，且美觀耐用，在建筑行業(yè)，中空玻璃因其具有卓越的隔熱、保溫、節(jié)能等特點(diǎn)而被全世界廣泛應(yīng)用，但我國的中空玻璃多采用傳統(tǒng)的槽鋁型，存在著性能不穩(wěn)定、造價(jià)昂貴等缺陷，難以大面積推廣。我們通過在IIR聚氨酯密封膠的配方中添人特殊干燥劑等進(jìn)行改性研究，制成了一種以該聚氨酯密封膠為基礎(chǔ)的聚氨酯密封膠條。將這種聚氨酯密封膠條應(yīng)用于中空玻璃，使其具有良好的隔熱、保溫、密封性，極好的防凝霜、防灰塵污染性及價(jià)格低廉，加工工藝簡單之優(yōu)點(diǎn)。吉林化學(xué)工業(yè)公司研究所產(chǎn)品;其它材料為橡塑工業(yè)通用原材料。

聚氨酯密封膠條配方見表1，制造工藝流程見圖1。用聚氨酯密封膠將透鏡和塑料外殼粘接起來裝配成車前燈;將聚氨酯密封膠條同玻璃復(fù)合，通過熱壓成型機(jī)裝配成新型中空玻璃。車前燈按GB 4942.2-90測定其密及長時(shí)間燈照燈內(nèi)是否發(fā)生霧化等性能;中空玻璃按GB 7020-86的規(guī)定進(jìn)行性能測試，并與傳統(tǒng)槽鋁型中空玻璃性能進(jìn)行比較。www.caffertyclinic.com
