清除MS密封膠密封部位雜物并清掃干凈，縫內雜物可用空壓機吹出;采用鋼絲刷和砂紙打磨的方法去掉浮漿、脫模劑等;用水泥砂漿修補蜂窩麻面、缺棱掉角等缺陷，如縫面蜂窩麻面和氣孔較多也可用磨光機打磨平整;用1-3%鹽酸容液清洗基面，再用清水清洗洲條表面干燥后，用溶劑清洗干凈。

為避免三正講占接而使應力集中，造成縫面兩側粘接面破裂，并調節縫深，在縫內填塞軟質惰性多孔材料(如聚乙烯泡沫條、泡沫管等)�？撇⒋绮牧蠟閳A形時，其直徑應較縫寬大1-2mm;為方形時，其寬度應與縫寬相同或略小1-2mm;陰角縫隙做三角形嵌封時，應在直角處沿縫設置背襯材料。為防止破壞底MS密封膠涂層，背襯材料宜在底涂料涂刷前填嵌。其填嵌深度應滿足設計要求，設計無要求時，縫寬小于1 Omm時，嵌入深度與縫寬相等;縫寬大于1 Omm時，嵌入深度宜為縫寬的50-70%。用于變形縫時，其寬深比宜采用3:2-2:1。

為防止涂刷底涂料及嵌填MS密封膠時污染縫面兩側的非密封區，并保證線條均勻美觀，在接縫兩側粘貼防污條，防污條在MS密封膠嵌填結束并整形后拆除。防污條選用牛皮紙、玻璃膠帶或玉甸交帶等。www.caffertyclinic.com
