應在底涂料涂刷后的千燥期內進行，了影交過早會因等待底涂料干燥而縮短聚氨酯密封膠的有效使用期，甚至固化失效而造成浪費;過晚會拖延工時。;翩交宜采用機械攪拌，將A, B組份倒入攪拌桶內，插入電動攪拌器低速、自上而下進行攪拌。每攪拌2-3min停一下，用刮刀將粘附在底、壁上的材料刮至)混合料中重新攪拌直至均勻。交采用人工弓昆合時，可將A.B兩組份倒在玻璃板上，用批刀來回批抹直至均勻。攪拌均勻的混合料應顏色一致、無色差，檢查方法:用膩子刀將混合料在平面上刮薄，如無不同顏色的斑點或條紋，即拌勻。

將中間帶有出膠孔和推力桿的壓膠盤里入攪拌好的膠面上。取下槍管前、后螺蓋，槍口對潤到交盤出膠口，手握槍管和推力桿，用力下壓，將膠注入槍管至灌滿，安裝槍管前、后螺蓋，完成裝槍。www.caffertyclinic.com
