建筑幕墻各構(gòu)件之間由于其材料不同，所以各材料之間要留有一定接縫，為此對(duì)這些接縫處理是保證建筑幕墻性能的關(guān)鍵，幕墻材料之間的接縫一種是通過機(jī)械連接并輔以密封材料，另一種是通過結(jié)構(gòu)粘接而實(shí)現(xiàn)的，而接縫必須有一定抗變形位移能力，所以幕墻接縫MS密封膠位移能力級(jí)別應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)位移量的要求，不宜小于20級(jí)，并且按相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范選擇MS密封膠又必須在有效期內(nèi)使用。

建筑幕墻接縫密封主要是幕墻所用材料之間和幕墻與建筑結(jié)構(gòu)之間的接縫密封。接縫密封設(shè)計(jì)首先確定接縫的構(gòu)造、位置和接縫寬度，計(jì)算出接縫的位移量，然后根據(jù)接縫密封材料具有的位移能力進(jìn)行修正，設(shè)計(jì)出安全的接縫寬度。

確定接縫位移量，設(shè)計(jì)必須首先給定構(gòu)件的長(zhǎng)度或體積，確定在接縫部位可能發(fā)生的位移變化，即接縫的位移量。最大溫差位移量:

初選膠縫寬8mm , 20LMMS密封膠，其膠縫最大變位8x20=1.6mm<1.68mm;

改用膠縫寬8mm , 25 LMMS密封膠，其膠縫最大變位8x25=2.Omm>1.68mm;

或改用膠縫寬10(9)mm , 20LMMS密封膠，其膠縫最大變位10x20=2.Omm> 1.68mm ;
