B組試驗放置7d和21后,防寒材組件h中主要釋放物質變為了甲苯、乙酸乙醋和4一甲基一4-輕基一2一戊酮,其中乙酸乙醋只來源于防寒材b,而4一甲基一4-輕基一2一戊酮則只來源于MS密封膠b,隨著放置時間的延長,乙酸乙醋在防寒材組件b中的占比逐漸增加,而4一甲基一4-輕基一2一戊酮的占比則逐漸降低,說明防寒材組件b中的MS密封膠b釋放較快,后期是聚氨酯密封膠b與防寒材b共同對防寒材組件b中的VOC產生影響。
綜上述所,隨著放置時間的延長(至少21d),MS密封膠a一直是地板組件a中VOC主要釋放來源,而MS密封膠b對防寒材組件b的VOC釋放貢獻度在逐漸降低。
通過袋子法探究了制樣初期及一定時間(至少21d)內,MS密封膠對地板組件和防寒材組件中VOC的釋放影響,得到如下結論。
(1)制樣初期,MS密封膠對地板組件和防寒材組件中VOC的影響最大,且施膠量越大,影響越大。
(2)粘接組件中MS密封膠表面因被覆蓋,故隨著放置時間的延長,其在粘接組件中的VOC釋放速率會明顯低于相應鋁板噴MS密封膠中的。
(3)隨著放置時間的延長(至少21d),MS密封膠對地板組件中VOC的影響程度要高于相應防寒材組件中的。
因此,在保證粘接性能的前提下,應盡量避免在地板組件、防寒材組件及其它多層復合材料中使用高VOC含量的MS密封膠,且要嚴格控制施膠量,從而提升軌道車輛整車空氣質量。www.caffertyclinic.com
