智能張拉系統(tǒng)使用力傳感器直接測量張拉力,量測數據更直接,消除了穿心千斤頂內在的摩阻、油管虛壓等外界因素的影響,實時校核力傳感器和油壓傳感器的測量值,解決由表2可以看出,水性聚氨酯密封膠的固化初期剝離強度不如溶荊型聚氨酯密封膠相應的剝離強度;4h后其剝離時的剝離強度增加較快。這與水性聚氨酯密封膠分散介質的擇發(fā)祖度有關。水性聚氨酯密封膠在密閉容器中靜48 h后,應無分層現象,再按剝離強度側試方法測試,其剝離強度必須基本保持不變;按照國標側試其耐老化性,耐熱性、耐水解性及耐黃變性等,都應符合要求。水性聚氨酯密封膠的使用及注意事項鞋用水性聚氨酯密封膠的使用工藝流程主要有:調膠一上膠一干燥一粘合.加壓一井理。操作及相關的注意事項如下:
4.1調膠
(1)水性聚氨酯密封膠的密度為1. 1g cm,左右,當儲存較長時間后,有可能出現沉淀分層,故使用前須搖勻。根據可使用時間約2h來確定潤膠,以避免浪費。
(2)清潔調膠容器及攪拌器,正確稱盆水性聚氨酯密封膠及固化劑并t于容器中,2者質盆比為100: 5一6。
(3)因密度不同,固化劑加人后會浮在表面,所以攪拌初期應將攪拌葉片t于容器底部,再以低速攪拌,以免外滋,影響計。然后在保證不外滋的前提下,高速攪拌10 min以上。密閉備用,以兔吸瀚或受污染,調膠必須確實均勻,有利得到最佳粘按效果。
4.2上膠
(1)被粘材料須先行預熱,待其表面達扔一50℃后再上膠,這樣可增加粘接面物理特性提高干操速度。亦可在上膠前先用處理劑處理材質表面,有利于改善水性聚氨酯密封膠與材質間的潤濕性,提高初期粘接效果。
(2)上膠時在鞋面部位紡織品處須加大處理劑及水性膠的用t,否則,上膠時膠液很容易被紡織品吸干,甚至導致欠膠現象發(fā)生。
(3)依鞋型選用合適的涂刷工具,如抽漆刷、水彩筆等。上膠時應涂布均勻,不可積膠或太薄,避免干燥不良及欠膠。另外,滋膠造成鞋面污染,應立即用干凈布擦拭干凈。
(4)補膠一般用溶劑型聚氨酯密封膠,自然干燥10 min后粘合,不可用水性聚氨酯密封膠,因為局部補膠不易干燥,影響整體粘接效果。
(5)上膠工具使用一段時間后會變硬,外翻,造成使用不方便,此時可用MEK浸泡清洗。
4. 3干操
(1)水性聚氨酯密封膠的干操最好是在低沮而長時間干燥,然后在粘合前以活化燈使沮度達到所需的最佳粘合溫度。
(2)干燥溫度由低到高循序漸進,不可一開始就直接高溫干燥,更不可因干燥不足而冷卻后再干燥,否則會造成膠層表面結皮影響內部水分燕發(fā),最好在輸送帶上加裝保沮早及電熱管保溫。
(3)水性聚氨酯密封膠涂布后干燥與否,到斷方法是看其表面出烘箱時是否完全呈透明狀。
